MACHINE TOOL SETTER (M/F/D)

To strengthen our team in Čačak, we are looking for a Machine Tool Setter (m/f/d)

  • Product quality awareness, flexibility and team work
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Previous work experience in production, in the field of machine regulation
  • High level of responsibility

THIS IS WHAT EXPECTS YOU

  • Installation of injection molding and vulcanization tools in machines
  • Adjusting machine parameters
  • Cleaning, dating and checking the correctness of tools / forms
  • Tool testing and quality control of the first samples
  • Handling of work equipment and means of internal transport (bridge crane, forklift, etc.)
  • Fault diagnosis on tools and machine assemblies
  • Solving technical problems related to tools and equipment
  • Support to production and maintenance teams during the installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment
  • Preventive control of tools and equipment
  • Performing work on injection molding and vulcanization machines
  • Strict adherence to occupational safety standards
  • Strict adherence to the standards of the automotive industry
  • Giving proposals for process improvement, elimination of scrap, safer workplace, etc.
  • Calibration and quality control of finished products
