Representing the projects in all respects to all internal participants, the project team in Germany, and the
Headquarter;
Awareness of the project status at any time;
Keeping timelines and achievements of project milestones.
Ensuring the close connection to the participants at the headquarters based in Germany;
Ensuring planning, development, budgeting of the projects and appropriate and timely escalation;
Planning, coordination, and control of the Project related activities of the local Eldisy team;
Cooperating with suppliers while testing new materials and components for final products;
Demanding compliance and maintaining the required project documentation according to the company’s
and automotive industry standards. (VDA 6.3, IATF 16949).
Co-creation of PPAP documentation, (R@R, Flow Chart, FMEA, Control Plan, Part history, etc..)
Evaluating the RFQ with capability study, including risk analysis, cost of implementation, and additional
investment for potential new projects;
Leading project relocations to our plant;
Cooperating with local teams and developing the cross-departmental team spirit to achieve the objectives;
Formulates and addresses improvement potentials;
Reporting directly to the Plant manager on a monthly basis.
Your qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or technical-oriented faculty;
Minimum three years experience in engineering or project management (preferably in the automotive industry);
Experience with Quality tools (APQP, FMEA, Flow chart, Control Plan, etc) and product/project development;
Good English language knowledge a must – the German language is an advantage;
Ability to read and understand technical drawings – CAD software experience (Inventor, AutoCAD, Catia, Solid Works) is an advantage;
Well-versed with Office software suite;
A result-oriented person with developed communication and teamwork skills;
Open for business trips.
