PAYROLL SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

To strengthen the Vorwerk Autotec team in Čačak, we are looking for a:

 

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsibility for proper use of the payroll and attendance systems;
  • Responsibility for timely and accurate compilation of monthly carnet lists and calculation of employees’ salaries;
  • Preparation and control of trial salary calculations;
  • Monitoring of changes in relevant regulations and planning of timely implementation;
  • Responsibility for the accurate and orderly keeping of personal files of employees;
  • Providing support to employees, in relation to documentation issued by the employer;
  • Timely updating HR dpt. performance indicators. Conducting detailed analyses and proposing improvement of results;
  • Cooperation with other team members, in connection with other HR dpt. tasks (selection process, training, communication, evaluation, etc.);
  • Takes care of creating a good working environment and supports solving possible problems in interpersonal relationships;

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economy or related field;
  • Minimum three-year experience in Payroll activities;
  • Knowledge of local regulation related to the salary calculation and payment;
  • Very well usage of the Microsoft Excel software;
  • Dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities;
  • Good English language knowledge;
  • Teamwork;
  • Communication skills;
  • Results orientation;
